I love this podcast. I think it's lame you guys are selling out to manscaped but I still love all you guys. The reason I love you guys among many is you hold up a logic mirror to an individual. Whether it's you guys, me or whoever is listening. I remember Ryan saying he was raised by a single mother. Do you feel maybe not having a father there effects the way to see things. I ask this because I to was raised by a single mother and last year finally I came to the conclusion that I was more sensitive than most guys, I see and understand a females point of view much more than a man's and I use to be that guy who cringed hearing the word beta. I'm not hear to insult you, your voice is the reason I mainly listen to this podcast because I relate to you but I also feels it's important to acknowledge being a boy raised by a single mother is vastly different then being raised by two parents. If you read this thank you so much.

I don't like violence, but there times you have to fight. It's not about what people think of you, it's about who you are as a man. You give off the impression that you let people walk all over you.
-
I think it's unfair to ask a person to leave a situation when he wasn't the cause of the tension. You just have issue with Charles and your picking sides.
-
Charles I remember us having a conversation about something similar like this and I said to him, "these white boys are the real Karen's, they will scream foul if you raise your voice just a tad". Ben said your were angry at the mere point of you raising your voice and mistaking you for an angry black man vs a passionate dude. I've seen Charles use his words to combat someone trying to verbally joust with him and people say he was mean or to harsh. Is it because he's a big black guy? You tell me. I just find it interesting you say walk away from every situation. Having no backbone is pathetic to me and I want go about life that way.
-
You don't know peoples life experiences or how they grew up. Someone could be up in someone's face being aggressive and that triggers them to physically defend themselves. What about someone who was bullied all their life now everytime someone tries to bully them they feel they need to physically defend themselves.
-
Being a **** and walking away from an altercation is two different things in my opinion. Walking away to me means it wasn't that serious and you let it go. Someone is straight up disrespecting, harassing you, in your face and your being a **** because let's be frank you probably would get your ass kicked. Just say that. Nobody will judge you.
-
You can only mess with someone for so long and it was totally worth it. Someone saw me as a mark, began walking all over me. I got tired of it and I call him out, he got mad. If that’s how it’s gonna be, well, that’s a fight. From that day on he never disrespected me. My ears have been glued to the podcast the last couple of weeks because you've been talking about men and my annoyance with Ryan and Ben their hard line reaction to the B word yet that's who they are and there's nothing wrong with that. Just don't call people toxic because you can't defend yourself if it came to it.
-
I'd never fight because I'd look stupid and supercringe. I do believe men should fight for their girls. If a man keep following me not leaving me alone and my guy didn't address it in some way. I'd break up with him so fast.
-
I'm the last person to probably get into a physical fight, but I somewhat do agree that you might be hiding behind the curtain of just walk away because you'd probably get your ass handed to you in a fight.
-
**** you Ryan. My ex-husband use to physically intimidate me all the time and one day I said **** it and we went at it. I felt good that night, I slept good that night, got a divorce and never looked back. I know what you're going to say, I could have walked away first. I decided to stand my ground and not continue to allow this man to keep with mentally and physical abuse.
-
Jesus ****. Could you imagine if Ben was there. Just the constant beta rhetoric would've had me punching myself. #charminsoft
-
Someone was selfish and decided to bring an issue he had with Charles to a bar, constantly harass him Charles with it. Charles leaves the situation with no physical harm done and he's in the wrong.? Go **** yourself Ryan
-
I wasn't at the so called incident but I heard threw the grapevine. I'm interested in knowing from the start of when Charles left when did Ryan leave.
-
Nobody is commenting on gentrification? Well I'm a bit curious do you carry a gun because you can't fight or you're scared someone will hurt you?
-
There are people in the world with different temperaments. If someone is bothering me and I get upset I'm not wrong. Who do you think you are just because you would get your ass kicked in a fight that if everyone doesn't react how you would, you're a better person.
-
Shut up Ryan. You don't know people's backgrounds or how they grew up. I'm from orange mound, you look at someone wrong they fighting you, step on their shoe they fighting you. Even if you're not violent it conditions you to be prepared and as a defense mechanism when something seems contentious the person might strike first because of life experiences
-
I've seen a guy get knocked out and not wake up. Fights are scary and I wish people could control their anger because one wrong hit to the face or head and you're done.
-
I'm not understanding you say it was Charles fault even though he didn't start it, but at the end you stated he was harassing Charles by he's constant badgering. I think Rhan has an issue with Charles or dudes like him. Maybe you got bullied in school and that's why you have this view.
-
I don't like seeing female or males fighting, unless it's sport. So, really, I would suggest deescalating any conflict, for the sakes of being a better character. 99% of the time if you surround yourself with positive people contentious situations would never happen. Charles you should have been honest with the person and not let it continue. If you'd cut it loose that situation wouldn't have ever happened. Just learn from it and move on.
-
So many points I want to hit with this. Charles ain't nobody in Columbus trying to actually fight like that especially your big ass. The conversation is pointless, I'd **** in my hand before I actually see you get into a fight in Columbus. That being said wtf Ryan someone is in your face harassing you, your girl. They are becoming aggressive and you just walk away? I'm sorry there comes a time physicality is needed and if you ain't got the balls just say that. Who you trying to convince about this walking away nonsense. Walk your ass in a boxing gym, you sound crazy.
-
You guys are starting to lose your edge. It's like you're manufacturing topics to talk about and disagree about. You both said the same thing, Charles isn't going to fight someone unless that person touches him and Ryan you said the same thing. Move on.
-
:-\ Everyone is saying a version of the same thing. Most don't want to fight but will if you have to. Ryan is saying he's scared to catch a charge so he'll tuck his dick between his legs and walk away. Sound like some hoe **** to me.
-
Aren't you guys in your 30s? Are people starting fights at your age. This seems ridiculous.
-
First Ryan says it's wrong to fight you shouldn't fight. Then he says he doesn't want to catch a charge. Which one is it? Amazing how you say no fighting, no violence, but if you get into a fight someone could get killed with your gun. The men's topics I've fallen in love with because I believe it's not talked about very much, but it also has shed light that there are betas in the world and cloaking it with a bunch of sesame street beliefs and double talking doesn't change the fact that's what you are. I hope Charles and other men aren't walking around looking or starting fights. That seems immature.
-
Someone pushing someone's buttons to a point of anger and Ryan believes that person is at fault for getting angry. I don't get it and is "podcast talk" when someone is full of ****?
